The forums are not moderated by the site admin. The moderation will be introduced, if the site admin feels it is necessary. Hopefully, such a situation doesn't arise!

Anyone can read the posts and replies, and reply to an existing query. However, to post a query, you got to register as an user.

To post a query, an user has to login to the site, click on "Create content", again click on "Forum topic", type the subject and query, choose an appropriate forum, and click on "Save". If the user thinks, the query does not fit into the existing queries, he/she can choose "Others- Title will be given by admin later!". The site admin will later move the new topic under an appropriate new forum, if required.
